Chatbots for the event in Telegram

Context
For the launch of the "Come out to play!" platform from SberSpasibo, a large-scale event with an extensive program for residents was organized in Samara, where FEDUK performed as the headliner in the evening.
Task
It was necessary to develop a tool that would allow to conveniently organize the recording of guests of the event for various activities, and the promotional staff to control the records, lists, as well as the issuance of prizes to the winners of various contests
Solution
To organize the activities, two chatbots in Telegram were developed together with BALAGAN agency: for users and for promoters.
Within the framework of the user chatbot the following functionality was implemented: passing two quizzes with an opportunity to win merch or a promo code for an online service; an entry for a family or individual relay race; an event program; an entry for sports competitions: individual or team; as well as a drawing for participation in a match with an invited guest - FEDUK.
All the results of user activity were also integrated with a chatbot for promoters, with the help of which organizers could keep track of gift balances, give out gifts by generated unique codes, as well as sign up event guests themselves for various activities.
